Haze Piece. How to climb the level 700 island

Hello! from Philippines, in this video I just showed how to climb up without using any fruit abilities.
1. Go to the 2nd Island. (Clown Island)
2. Find Sanji and buy Flash step 25k (No level requirement)
3. You can upgrade your flash step to level 2 if you manage to climb up the sky island.

If you still struggle to climb up, it means skill issue..
