The keycard is the item that unlocks the electronic lock in Hello Neighbor. Unlocking the electric lock is important to gain access to the basement, which is an important step in beating the game. The keycard is located in the Neighbor’s fridge. The main problem is that it is frozen, and can’t be picked up unless you turn off the fridge or melt the ice. In this video, I show you how to melt the ice in the Neighbor’s fridge without having to turn the fridge off. This is the best and easiest way to get the keycard.
