Mag-Boots are another upgrade used to walk on magnetic surfaces and they can be obtained during Dr.Gilbertss bounty. After leaving the /”High on Life/” store, you will find a dead man wearing these boots in front of the store. Talk to the guy standing next to him and he’ll tell you to get them if you want. Be sure to grab them now so you don’t miss the trophy. These Mag-Boots are, in fact, necessary for the progression of the story, such as when you exit the Gauntlet later, but the game doesn’t require you to pick them up. Since some reports say that the dead person won’t be there if you come back later, pick them up as soon as you leave the /”High on Life/” shop just to be on the safe side.
