How to access the Godtuner’s workshop:
First you will need to make your way into the Godmaster DLC. Second you will need to beat the first three pantheons. Thirs you will need to re-enter Godhome over and over again. Each time you enter there is a 2% change that you will make it into the Godtuner’s workshop.
Apparently this place is some sort of memory from the Godtuner. Let me know in the comments what you think this area is about
