These are still early days for Total War Pharaoh, but modders are hard at work to make Pharaoh the best experience possible, and even now it’s clear that they’re doing amazing work! The mods published within just the first week of Pharaoh’s release range from neat to borderline insane, and in this video, we’re going through my favorite picks from the current available selection at the time of the making of this video.
The mods in this video certainly make me like the game quite a whole lot more, and I’ll tell you exactly why in this video. Ranging from the total overhaul mod Agony, which introduces an amazing new population and recruitment system with whole new pop resources and more, to KAM’s brilliant camera mods, to Benjin’s and others eye for aesthetics with more banners and UI changes, many of my more surfacy complaints for Pharaoh have now been answered, and I can’t wait for you to discover these mods and others like them as well.
It does certainly make me wonder though, how modders are patching up Pharaoh so significantly in just days after the game’s release, why CA themselves were not able to implement many if not more of these highly sought after community fixes. Either way, these best mods for Total War Pharaoh are fantastic additions to the game, and I hope you check them all out on the Steam Workshop.
