Hōshō Lotto Rolls Victory Belles

With the change in Victory Belles that means that the new event Belles are only obtainable via the lotto/gatcha I decided to spend my remaining prestige to roll.
So is this new CVL Belle worth it.

She isn’t I got her in the last 10 roll which is a regular occurrence when rolling in VB that we have called them out for.

All I can say is that atm I am unhappy with how BCS and the VB team have been handling this. So content for this channel may slow down.
