This 5-man, 1000 influence base is found in the north eastern part of Trumbull Valley very close to the Echo Labs landmark location.
It’s a very unusual base with only 1 large and 1 small facility slot available.
BUT… you get all the Daybreak facilities built in plus a Red Talon Demolition guy to recruit.
Is that enough to be good though?
