Major credit to @Or_ange for putting in the time and effort to discover/confirm the basics for how the “relative to level” stat growths work. It appears it’s essentially on a tiered list with an increased buff for each 5 class levels. The info really wasn’t available anywhere else as far as I could tell.
So many potential uses come to mind. Mage Canoneer ammo supplier for constant Let Fly barrages. Dive coordinator applying hold out, and refilling engage meters. You could reward and buff in the same turn with Micaiah. So many possibilities.
