In the comments of that video I got a suggestion from @vibeless_ (cheems) to make this video and since I haven’t made a requested video in more than 2 years I decided to make this #shorts video.
The way you can break an Eevee in this video is to evolve it into Vaporeon and Flareon at the exact same time. When the Eevee evolves, it becomes a weird half Vaporeon half Flareon which then breaks in half.
