How to Craft Old Seasonal Weapons in Lightfall

Some of the strongest weapons in destiny 2 are from past seasons. The only way to get them now is by waiting weeks or even months for a tower vendor to sell it and then hope it’s a good roll. But starting next season this is changing and there’s a way to get a massive head start.
