*EDIT:* It does appear the issue with Full Moons not matching in the game to real life has been fixed. So, look up the next Full Moon and evolve Ursaring to Ursaluna that night.
You need 100 Teddiursa Candy and a Full Moon at night to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna. At this moment in-game Full Moons do not correlate to real life Full Moons. Instead, you’ll have to look each night at the Moon in-game to determine if Ursaring can evolve.
