How to fight Mako Ifrit and easily steal Costly Punch – Hard Mode – Crisis Core Reunion

I was close to defeating Mako Ifrit without stealing Costly Punch first until I remebered that I should be able to do that. So I redid the fight and recorded it. It’s really easy as you see, but only with the right Materia and Items.

Lv. 77 (I spend most of my time leveling up. I’m not even on new game yet. Best done with Yuffies SOS? Mission.)

Materia in use:
Hell Blizzaga
Graviga
Steal
Hammer Punch
Drainaga (Merely for HP increase)
Curaga

Items in use:
Brutal (To deal more than 9999 damage)
Adams Bangle (For HP above 9999)
Mog’s Amulet (Gives you 100% rare items)
Wizard Bracelet (For HP gain if attacked by fire / ice / lighting )

Steal (obviously) and especially Mog’s Amulet are needed to easily steal Costly Punch.
