How to get 1000 damage to ANY spell – Path of Exile (3.22 Ancestor)

Combining Black Cane and Forbidden Shako that has high level of summon phantasms support can give around 1000 flat physical damage to spells. It is conditional damage and figuring out good way to sustain 13 phantasms can be tricky. This is one of my most conditional damage builds ever, so i would not recommend this specific approach.
