How to get the Runefest Shield (OSRS)

So Jagex released a new cosmetic shield into Oldschool Runescape to celebrate Runefest 2017. You should claim it now whilst you still can as I suspect that claiming it will be taken away sometime in October.

The code to claim the shield is: runefest17 – You have to talk to Diango in Draynor to claim the shield.
