How to get the Spider Rune the Ability to climb the walls Dead Cells

Welcome Grid Runner to the Spider Rune Guide. The Rune is located in the Slumbering Sanctuary, to get here you need to go from the Prisoners’ Quarters to the Toxic Sewers and from there you need to use the ram rune to break the ground floor the get to the Ancient Sewers entrance, from the Ancient Sewers you go to the Insufferable Crypt where you fight the Conjuctivius Boss and once you have beaten the boss the next level is the Slumbering Sanctuary where the Spider Rune is. (SPOILERS)

You have to beat an elite enemy in a room where you need to fall into. once you have beaten the Elite he will drop the Spider Rune and you have the ability to climb the walls. I will also talk about a build what you can use to make it easier to get through the levels.

Location: Slumbering Sanctuary (Entrance is after the Conjuctivius Boss)
Requirements: Ram Rune (To get to the Ancient Sewers the level before the Conjuctivius Boss Fight)

Build I Used:
– Balanced Blade (A good DPS Weapon is fine)
– Firebrands (Good Damage over Time weapon)
– Magnetic Grenade (to Keep the enemies away from me and make it easier to freeze them)
– Ice Grenade (Good for Freezing the Elite so he can’t teleport away)
How to get the Spider Rune:
– By defeating the Elite (Orb Caster) in the room where you need to drop down, Once you defeated the Elite he will drop the Spider Rune and now you have the ability to climb the walls.
