Outward builds will NEVER be the same. Definitive Edition changed all traps making them get an increase in damage from elemental bonuses. This was also added to the runic trap ability available to rune sage users. Now you could go and increase the ethereal damage, yes, but that’s too easy. Why not pump up our decay damage instead. Taking runic prefix for your passive will add decay damage to the mana trap. On top of this, there is a little trick to maximize your damage and use runic detonation on every trap you place.
