Hearts of Iron IV uses multiple cores of your CPU(Unlike some rumors may tell you), but the Hoi4 AI only runs on one core to eliminate desync errors in singleplayer sessions. This issue won’t get fixed any time soon since it is really hard to fix, therefore we need to look for other ways to squeeze out performance. Especially in the late-game when the Soviet Union spams out 500 divisions.

This command can have issues with input lag and delay, mouse jittering and such. But it is such a useful command that I use for many times.
