How to Make a BETTER Archer in Oblivion

How to make an archer in Oblivion? Well, there is a class already made for the archer, but I think we can make a better one. 🙂

I’m not an archer player in Oblivion. In fact, I suck with bows. However, knowing how to make a good archer in Oblivion can make the game more fun, because of all the range you have to use. It’s satisfying to nail someone from really far away, or stand on a tall rock and snipe everyone.

Like my other Oblivion character builds, I believe that this is the best type of archer, but I would like you all to share your thoughts in the comments!
