How to reset the Sanctuary buildings to refund your Breath of Orbis Epic Seven

I just started playing this game and I was confused on how to refund the Breath of Orbis from a building. I totally overlooked the reset button and couldn’t find an answer to this question sooo that’s why I made a little video on it!
