Revamped all the borders/tiles for the rest of Asia the minor islands

Political Leaders:
-These are persons you can hire to your government and may provide different effects depending on their level.
-They may also follow a certain ideology which would cause their effects to increase or decrease depending on your ideology compared to theirs.
-Effects become greater the higher their level is.

Revamped Government Spending:
-Government Spending has now been divided into Security, Healthcare, Government and Education Spending, each providing different effects
-Spending is now on a wider scale of 0 – 8 levels

Military Readiness:
-This determines how ready your military is, and gives nerfs or buffs depending on how high it is.
-Determined by the new Military Spending which changes the base Military Readiness in exchange for higher or lower military upkeep cost.

Revamped Military Leaders:
-You can now choose from a pool of military leaders which refreshes every new year rather than being generated on the spot.
-Added several traits that leaders can have, both common traits and unique traits per leader type.
-You can upgrade leaders, causing them to either gain traits or level up already existing traits when they are promoted.

Capture Zones:
-Added ability to designate groups of cities to be quick-selected and chosen for auto-capture.

Missions:
-Added the capability for countries to complete missions which behave like partial formables.
-Megali’s Idea to Greece

New Policies:
-Added 7 policies notable for having resource upkeep.
-Fuel Efficiency now affects policy oil upkeep cost
QoL:
-Added minimum unit % to auto capture menu. This determines the minimum % of unit strength that the unit can continue auto capture.
-Added Scrollbar to Unit and Building windows, as well as the ability to cancel unit and building construction.
-Added Alert Siege. You get alerted when cities with alert siege are under siege by enemy forces.
-Added ability to assign keybinds for military groups.
-Added population field in the economy cities tab.
-Clicking on flags in the city menu will now select all core cities.
-Shift Clicking on tiles now keeps the selection rather than clearing them.
-You can now select the military group per unit branch (Ground, Air, Naval) when building units.
-Added ability to toggle Earth textures

Changes:
-Attackers are more effective against Naval units.
-Communism and Socialism now get penalities to population growth.
-More buffs for higher stability.
