While it’s never really seen as meta, it has the moveset and bulk to become meta in specialty cups like the Weather Cup: Ultra League Edition! Today it’s paired with a Kyurem and Jellicent, making a dominant splash in the Ultra League Meta for Pokemon GO Battle League!
