I got 1 to 99 Fletching in 1hr and 38 Minutes, Jagex Fix this

(OSRS) Today I set out to get the fastest 1 to 99 Fletching on my fresh Oldschool RuneScape account, along with 1 to 99 Prayer. Then once I got 99 Fletching, and Prayer I showcased gamebreaking things that are happening right now on OSRS.
