I Tried the World's STRANGEST Martial Art

Systema has one of the worst perceptions of Martial Arts… So I tried one of their classes, and boy was I surprised! Glenn Murphy, student of Vladimir Vasiliev taught me physical and mental body conditioning, (pain conditioning lol), punch absorption and how to get harder systema punches. Then followed by a systema class about grappling and knife defense!
