Instant Core Flip / Energy Burst for ALL CHARACTERS Finii in Comments

At max meter, /”Evade/” becomes /”Energy Burst./” If Burst hits the Core, it is put into the /”Core Flip/” state. This gives the user of Energy Burst exclusive control of the core for a moment after a brief delay. Some abilities can be used before Burst to skip that delay, or /”Instant Core Flip./”
