IronSword is one of the best sequels on the NES, and definitely the best one with Fabio on the cover! Although the first game in the Wizards & Warriors series was very generous with lives and continues, this game is quite a bit more challenging!
The Wizards and Warriors series was created by Rare, but they were making so many games in the late 80’s that they decided to hire a new company to make the sequel. It may seem crazy to let an unproved studio like Zippo Games make a sequel to one of their most popular games, but the risk paid off and Zippo delivered something amazing!
