Is SCP: SL 13.0 Scary?

I find SCP: SL jumpscares few and far between, but the main ones are the 3 in this video. SCP-106 footsteps/TP stalking you, SCP-096 entering RAGE and attacking you and lastly SCP-939’s always terrifying surprise LUNGE attack! With the new lighting these can get you by surprise, but I do wish there were more horror elements added into the game. New players though- I think they will be scared.
