Is The Pokemon Porygon An Invasive Species? Pokemon Investigation

Porygon is easily one of my favorite Pokemon and obviously one of the best. But are the Porygon roaming the games a danger to the environment? Let’s take an inside look.

First seen in Pokemon Red, Pokemon Blue, and Pokemon Yellow, the artificial Pokemon Porygon has always been super interesting to me from a biological perspective. Sure it’s fun and cute, but how would something like this interact with the environment and Pokemon around it?

Porygon has a super interesting and subtle role in storytelling in Pokemon games, from being sold by team rocket at the game corner to getting multiple updated forms later in Porygon2 and Porygon-Z.
