Materials Needed:
Crumbly Cookies
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 ½ Tablespoons of Butter
1 cup of Condensed Milk
Cake Cones
White Candy Melts
Food Coloring
Fondant
Black Edible Marker
Step-by-step instructions:
(01:33) Step 1: Place your cookies in a plastic bag and crush them using the rolling pin.
(01:40) Step 2: Add the cookie crumbs and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl and stir together.
(01:49) Step 3: Combine butter and condensed milk in a pot and melt on low heat.
(02:03) Step 4: Once the butter cools a little, add it with your cookie crumbs. Mix until the texture is like cookie dough.
(02:14) Step 5: For Keroppi’s head, take enough mixture to fit the cake cone, roll into your hands to form a ball. Repeat the same process for Keroppi’s eye. Place on a baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
(02:27) Step 6: Melt the green candy melts in the microwave. Follow the melting instructions on the back of the candy melt packaging.
(02:34) Step 7: To assemble Keroppi, dip his head into the candy melt and drop it onto the cone. Do the same with his eyes and place him back in the refrigerator until the candy melt hardens.
(02:48) Step 8: After the candy melt has hardened, fully dip Keroppi’s head into the candy melts.
(02:54) Step 9: Create Keroppi’s features out of fondant. Make big white circles for his eyes and place the fondant where his eyes would be on his head.
(03:05) Step 10: Make Keroppi’s pupils and smile with black fondant. Use a little water to glue the fondant details to each other.
(03:18) Step 10: Use the pink fondant to make small pink circles for his blushing cheeks.
