Summed up, things that affect power are:
1. The hero you pick, because some get more power than others.
2. All SSR gear (more stats more power)
3. Star Level (more stats more power)
4. Bond upgrades (more stats more power)
5. Training ground upgrades (more stats more power)
6. Having good enchants, especially ones that provide the key stat and HP increases.
7. Having high power skills selected.
