Finally a video about the legendary items and gems.
Of course with the exact percentages it is speculative as noone 100% knows them yet but it I think the graph describes it well enough so you can generally say that the maximum chance to mine a legendary gem has to be below 21 %. Maybe the developers change that in the future but well that is a different story then.
