Another fun fight, and not as bad as I initially thought, as most of the attacks can be easily dodged. I didn’t expect the second phase either, but luckily the Romeo part doesn’t have much health, and most of the attacks are very easily avoidable by dodging to the left. You can also save your stagger for when it tries to power up the scythe with flames, which quickly cancels it out. The electric baton is great for the fight too.
I’m also not sure what the intended level or scaling for this point is. I’ve done absolutely zero farming the entire time. All exploration has been pretty much without deaths, meaning I didn’t get extra ergo from clearing enemies multiple times – although I have defeated and explored everything so far. I’ve bought everything from shops and wasted ergo on those, and the rest has gone into levels or weapon leveling (with a lot being wasted on the capacity stat too). Even then, damage on bosses like this feels quite high. Although looking at other videos, they seem to be the same or even higher damage than here. So I’m not sure what the intended scaling is for now, but I’m trying to keep it as naturally progressing as possible.

About Lies of P:
Lie or Die… Inspired by the familiar story of Pinocchio, Lies of P is an action Souls-like game set in the dark, Belle Époque-inspired city of Krat. Once a beautiful city, Krat has become a living nightmare as deadly puppets run amok and a plague sweeps the land. Play as P, a puppet who must fight his way through the city on his unrelenting journey to find Geppetto and finally become human. Lies of P presents an elegant world filled with tension, deep combat and character customization systems, and a gripping story with interesting narrative choices where the more lies told, the more human P becomes.
