Loreley Splendor Conditional Finality interaction Meta?!?

A video covering an old theory crafting build on Lorely Splendor with Eye of The Storm weapons allowing you to gain both benefits in a duel with a little less risk.

This new version of the build allows it to extend the restoration effect from Loreley through getting a final blow using a solar weapon while having the Ember of Empyrean fragment.

Surprisingly the Conditional Finality shotgun works with this interaction since the weapon instantly turns into a solar weapon when firing the first round and will not go back to stasis until you reload the weapon.
