TDLR: Ally need 10 t2 turn ins, and 1 initial quest turn in for 45 tickets. Then you need to complete a t3 quest for 50 tickets.
Horde need 11 turn ins for 44 tickets, and one t3 quest to complete 50 tickets.

This is the best way imo to farm the tickets required (and reputation along with it) for the Darkmoon Faire that’s currently being set up in Elwynn and will be live this coming Monday. There’s several items that are hot to sell right now and this covers that market opportunity, as well as how exactly you can acquire the items to get tickets from repeatable turn ins.
