Upcoming Events
May Day (April 29 – May 7): Use your May Day Ticket and tour a rather interesting island between April 29 – May 7. These tickets are single-use, so plan your trip accordingly. Have a good flight!
International Museum Day (May 18 – May 31): To celebrate International Museum Day, players can take part in a Stamp Rally between May 18-31. After talking to Blathers and receiving a special stamp card, players can enjoy viewing fish, insects, fossils, and art while collecting stamps at the various museum exhibits.
Wedding Season (June 1 – June 30): Since Reese and Cyrus got married in the month of June, it’s now their tradition to take weddings photos on Harvey’s Island every June. Meet up with them on the island and help take adorable photos. A few decorations go a long way!
Also, wedding season-themed furniture and fashion items will be available in Nook Shopping and Able Sisters during the entire month. Check them out before they rotate out.
Seasonal Items As always, please check Nook Shopping for new seasonal items during May and June. You’ll find a selection of items based on Mother’s Day, Cheese Rolling, and more!
How to update your game
It’s quite possible that your game has already updated itself, but it’s easy to check. Just select the game’s icon on the HOME Menu, press the Button, and select Software Update (internet connection required). If you need to update, you may be asked to restart the game. Once you’re all updated, just jump back to your island.
If it’s the day of an event and the event doesn’t turn up for you, don’t fret. Try restarting the game while connected to the internet. Please note that changing your system clock won’t trigger the events to happen.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a 2020 life simulation game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch; it is the fifth main game in the Animal Crossing series. In New Horizons, the player controls a customizable character who moves to a deserted island after purchasing a package from Tom Nook, a tanuki character who has appeared in every entry in the Animal Crossing series. Taking place in real time, the player can explore the island in a nonlinear fashion, gathering and crafting items, catching insects and fish, and developing the island into a community of anthropomorphic animals.
