So these are the royal weapons and knight armor sets,
they can be a bit hard to get at the beginning, if you dont have a proper build, but once you get the hang of things, those followers/survey quests become really easy to complete.

They take a decent amount of time, but if you synergy-se with your team, you can finish team quite fast.

If you want a specific weapon, check what kind of weapon the said character uses, and then just complete some quests, almost every quest you get either a weapon/armor set.
