The Bottom and Bottom Moose River is an iconic and classic section of whitewater first paddled in the 1980s. The Bottom section of the Moose River begins at Fowlerville Falls, and ends in Lyonsdale. The Bottom-Bottom section of the Moose RIver begins at Agers Falls, and ends outside Lyons Falls, New York.
Spring Moosefest takes place on Memorial Day Weekend, and Fall Moosefest takes place the weekend after Columbus Day every year. There are also many recreational releases, and the Bottom runs at natural flow any time the river isn’t frozen solid.
