In this Dragon Ball Legends video, I made a tier list that consisted of characters like Ultra Vegito Blue, Ultra Janemba, Ultra UI Goku, and more! This is who I think are the BEST units in Dragon Ball Legends. Keep in mind, I have never reached god rank (mostly because the grind is for people who play this game every day 24/7) and so my opinions may be different from those that have more experience in the game. I typically place between 4,000-20,000.
