The patch broke most of the difficulty and balance mods, so we got together for a casual onslaught game.
*Build:* see video intro
Necro can have her place in modded. Her strongest build appears to be: Infinite cleave on crits & explosions on crits. So ironically (the lore twist!), for the best synergy, pair Necro with a WHC and she will cruise through almost anything at 55% crit chance during _Animosity._ Her monster damage is meh. The micromanagement of skellies can be neglected here, use them as burn appliers to proc crit explosions. Coru could probably do the same but reduces your heavy spam uptime.
*Reaper*
I like the weapon, gives off Greatsword vibes. You can chain heavies safely and quite conveniently. Overall weapon handling needs some tweaking still, it’s a bit clunky. Maybe one or two shieldbreaking attacks here and there, and it’ll be a very solid choice.
*Staff*
Budget Brain Burst; very good targeting, hook oneshots are huge. Can pop flamers and gunners for free; can pop SVs and gas rats if tagged before with left click. Would not focus that much on special sniping with it, though.
