BALL is back and is arguably the best build in all of Diablo IV this season. You can speed run T100 Nightmare Dungeons and kill Uber bosses without changing a thing. This build will have next to 100% crit rate and often sits at the movement speed cap in dungeons. Found this method with lightning spears to work much better than similar builds running ice armor so hopefully you enjoy this setup!
