On the Run After Eagan Pursuit

Around 2 a.m. today, a State Trooper was in pursuit of a vehicle on southbound Highway 77. The driver lost control and crashed on the ramp to Highway 13 and fled on foot. The suspect was seen running in the area of the Eagan Outlet Mall, but was ultimately not located after a search of the area. – A passenger in the vehicle said she did not know the male’s name but that he refused to stop because he had warrants.
