This build was provided by Carhauler who you can see in the video, not sure if it was his or if he got it from someone else. But the build itself does rely on RNG to get the legendary amp for the Skarn Lantern, and using the Bastion Omnicell. As you can see in the video you have the squad members all help one person build up shield, and health is also converted to shield.
