Find a sink, remove with a pipewrench or wrench to be able to pick it up.
reInstall it on top of a crate, counter, ect.., it needs to be enclosed to be able to plumb it.
Build stairs up to the second floor.
Build a rain collector barrel one level above in one of the 9 tiles.
Place down the sink & plumb using a Pipewrench.
Enjoy Pure Water: after the rain or filling the rain collector.
