UPDATE: Levelling is perfectly fine starting at 1 for this build. Mule either ranger, do hailrake and grab Caustic Arrow, Pierce, and Mirage Archer. Use this as your main skill and run TR in a 3-4 link when you are able (purchase from Siosa in act 3 or Lily in Act 6). Eventually when damage falls behind swap pierce for vicious proj, or in a 4 link vicious pierce for clear and swap in void for bossing.
Grab Charisma mana reservation mastery ASAP and run Purity of Elements, Vitality, and Clarity. Later once you have vitality and clarity masteries, add in Discipline. Swap Purity to Malevolence when you are res capped and can deal with status ailments somewhere else. Super smooth levelling!
Scourge note! Putting any white item into the blood crucible will result in it turning rare! You can be running full good rares in act 1 SSF!

Thanks for checking out my build guide! It’s not perfect, but it was my first one. I wanted to have captions and graphics but I ran out of time.
I’m really happy with this build! It came out so much more well rounded than I had expected. I’m excited to play it more myself, since I haven’t played it with anything but budget gear.
