Raikou is a Electric type Legendary and has a 2x weakness against ground Pokémon.
Raikou’s best moves are Thunder shock and Wilde charge. A shadow Raikou will be stronger than a normal/ purified Raikou.

Pokémon introduced in Generation 2. Raikou is part of the legendary dog trio Suicune and Entei discovered in the Johto region. Shiny Raikou is available from raids.

Best Raikou counters are types like Groudon, Garchomp, Landorus, Rypherior and Excadrill.

Raikou will be 100% IV if you encounter one with 1972 CP and with the weather boost 2466 CP. Good luck hunting for a Shundo Entei.
