To unlock this request you need to have reached The Sleeping Lord of the Tundra main story mission. You also need to have added Blissey to your Pokedex first.
Blissey can be located at a static alpha location in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Look up on top of the mountain south of the Grueling Grove area. There are also two static Blissey locations in the Alabaster Icelands. One is in the Arena’s Approach area right down the hill from the campsite, and the other is in the Avalanche Slopes area right on the far left edge of the map. You should find some Chansey spawns over there too.
Once you get the request off the blackboard head to the main campsite in the south of the Alabaster Icelands. Pippa will be located here and you can talk to her about her request. She’s looking for a Blissey that helped her out one time so she can give it a proper thanks.
After you speak to her she will move to the Avalugg’s Legacy area. Use your request guide to find her exact location. Once you meet up with her in that location you will be attacked by a wild Abomasnow which you need to defeat. Try using Fire type moves on it since it’s 4x weak to fire. It has other weaknesses as well.
After you defeat Abomasnow Pippa will talk to Blissey and give her a gift of some berries. She will also complete the request for you and give you your reward of a Shiny Stone and 2 Max Revives.
