Pokemon Red's Mundane, yet Bizarre World

Pokemon Red and Blue and Green and Yellow are weird to return to after so long. I don’t know how long it’s been since I played the original games, but I found myself missing a lot of quality of life stuff from later games. Like the bag having different sections for different item types??? Bag management sucks in Gen 1. The locations are cool tho. Whenever I inevitably cover generation 2, it’ll be interesting to compare Kanto in that game to this game. I didn’t realize it when I played Crystal as a kid, but they made a good amount of changes to the playspace. Though it’ll feel weird to spend a lot of time focusing on Kanto when there’s all of Johto to see. Not sure how I’ll do that video when I get to it. Wait. I should finish the other Pokemon Red video before thinking about a potential Crystal video. And you should be watching this Pokemon Red video instead of reading this.
