Can I beat Pokémon Scarlet using ONLY Cat Pokémon?

RULES:
1. Only Cat Pokémon can be used
2. I cannot over level beyond the Gym leaders ace
3. Must play on set mode
4. No items in battle (held items are okay)
5. No duplicate species can be caught
6. Must nickname Pokémon
