Welcome to Generation 9 of Pokemon! This is my 100% walkthrough of Pokemon Violet, though it also applies to Pokemon Scarlet. These are the first open world games in the series, allowing you to explore the entire region at your leisure without being restricted by story roadblocks. My walkthrough will include the completion of the Paldea Pokedex as we play through the game! I’ll be playing through all the story routes simultaneously, in ascending difficulty order, for this playthrough.
In this first part, we get ready for our first day of school in Uva Academy. We get to pick one of Paldea’s Starters as all new students do, and also meet our neighbor and Champion-rank, Student Council President classmate, Nemona.
New Pokemon:
– Starter: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, or Quaxly. All three are solid options, but check out my notes on each one during the video to see which one suits your playstyle the most.
