Anyways, I had previously spent countless of hours figuring out how to completely trap myself in an enclosure of portals. After meticulous research and Googling, I had figured out how to do it. And I learned a lot about the Source Engine on the way.

The following are the commands used to make this video:
sv_cheats 0-1
Disable/Enable cheats.
change_portalgun_linkage_id # (0, 1, 2, 3)
Changes portal linkage ID (allows numerous portals).
r_portal_stencil_depth 0-9
Number of rendered portals within portals.
r_portal_fastpath 0/1
Disable/Enable efficient portals within portals (low quality). Disable when editing r_portal_stencil_depth.
Portals_ResizeAll WIDTH HEIGHT
Portal dimensions. Standard is /”Portals_ResizeAll 32 55/”. Numbers that are too large _will_ crash the game.
sv_portal_placement_never_fail 0-1
Spawn portals on every surface (if set to 1).
host_timescale
Controls the speed of the game. Standard is 1.0 (I used this to minimize lag in final recording.)
ent_create
Spawns any desired object/entity.
noclip
Toggles noclip.
