POWERING UP MY RHYPERIOR TO LVL 40 FOR HEATRAN RAID!

Typically you want mud slap and earthquake for heatran, but I am just buffing it and see what I want to do with it for now. I might add a second move just so I can use it for heatran raid. I am hoping to max 6, so I have a full team of rhyperior, I currently have 3 maxed out!
